At The Franklin Foundation, our goal is to provide underserved communities with the resources that they need to grow. As a 501 C(3) nonprofit we rely on donations from our supporters to keep many of our programs running. Your donations help us to provide free summer programs for students in the Denver area, fight environmental injustice, fund our annual scholarship,and much more! We are always open to suggestions on how we can create change in new ways. If you have any suggestions for programs or areas of growth, please feel free to drop them in our Think Tank below. Mission: At The Franklin Foundation, we believe that strong communities are essential to creating a strong future. As an organization, we strive for excellence within local communities by equipping them with the resources they need to thrive. We go above and beyond to create safe and empowering environments in local communities.
Founded in 2019, The Franklin Foundation was established to provide people with environments that allow them to plant ideas, grow their perspectives, and thrive. Our programs focus on centering the needs of community members by allowing them to decide what changes need to be made in their community. Then equipping them with the tools and resources they need to create these changes. Our community-centered strategy has allowed us to work with people from all backgrounds on various projects such as our Stand Up and Stand Out summer program, food & water drives, and providing free mental health care for local communities.
The Franklin Foundation strives to be the leading organization for social aid by inspiring individuals to embrace their true identities while unleashing their inner potential. Our programs help our community members create their own values while providing them with all the tools, resources, and support they need to evolve into confident leaders.
